Most frequent questions and answers about our esteemed event at Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach County, Florida.

No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for America First Gala tickets. However, you have two options available to you:

  • You may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to donate your ticket to a military veteran through Grey Team. In exchange for your donation, Grey Team will provide you with a tax-deduction receipt.

Yes, you may transfer your ticket to a guest of your choosing. Please note that the name on the ticket must match the identification of the person attending the event.

To transfer your ticket, simply provide the name of the new attendee to our customer service team via email or phone. They will update the registration information accordingly.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend the event and do not know anyone who can use your ticket, we cannot offer a refund or credit for future events.

However, you have the option to donate your ticket to a military veteran, which would qualify as a charitable tax donation.

Black tie” is a dress code that indicates formal attire is preferred, but not required. Guests have the option to wear a tuxedo or formal gown but can also opt for a dark suit or cocktail dress.
